This zine was created in 2021 as an exploration of the unsung heroes of the underground music scene. These artists are an often overlooked cog in the hardcore machine. Over several decades, this gonzo marketing approach led to the discovery of countless amazing music acts that may otherwise never have attained a cult following. This gutteral outporing of imagery served as a dog whistle for an often overlooked demographic who, in turn, found one another shoulder to shoulder on the unfinished floors of a dingy basement; a world all their own.
